General Terms and Conditions of Sale

These terms apply to sales made on the PARTYOPIA shop, operated by FORMIMO SASU. By confirming an order, the customer confirms having read the information presented before their purchase.

Products and prices

The characteristics and price of each item are indicated on its product page. Prices are displayed in euros. Any applicable delivery charges are presented before order confirmation.

Order and payment

Before confirming their order, the customer verifies the items, quantities, delivery address, and total amount. The payment methods offered are Visa, Mastercard, and American Express cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Available methods are indicated at the time of payment.

Delivery and lead times

The zones, options, and rates calculated based on weight are detailed on the Shipping Policy page. The lead times provided are indicative and estimated; they do not constitute a guaranteed exact delivery date. They may vary depending on transport conditions and peak periods.

Exceeding an estimated delivery time does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund. In the event of a delay, the rights and remedies provided by applicable regulations remain available to the customer.

Right of withdrawal and returns

For distance purchases, the customer generally has a period of 14 days from receipt to notify their decision to exercise their legal right of withdrawal, and then 14 days after this notification to return the product. Exceptions provided for by regulation may apply. The customer's legal rights remain applicable.

Outside of the exercise of a legal right, commercial exchanges and returns are subject to the conditions described on the Exchanges and Returns page, particularly those concerning the condition of the product and its original packaging.

Use of pyrotechnic products

When a product is intended for pyrotechnic use, the customer must read and comply with the warnings, the manufacturer's instructions, and applicable regulations, particularly the age or usage restrictions indicated. The customer is responsible for the consequences of improper use or use contrary to these instructions. This clause does not remove the legal responsibilities and obligations of FORMIMO SASU that cannot be excluded.

AI assistance tool

Upon opening the shop, the PARTYOPIA AI assistant is designed to accompany the customer in preparing their party based on information they provide, such as the occasion, number of guests, and budget. The assistant will make suggestions for review; it does not confirm an order on behalf of the customer.

The customer must answer questions honestly and accurately, verify the proposals and information on product pages, and then accept their choices themselves. No purchase will be made without their explicit validation. The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and their purchasing decision, within the limits provided by law. Nothing in these conditions removes the legal obligations of FORMIMO SASU.
