Exchanges and returns

For any request regarding an exchange or a return, write to us at contact@partyopia.com, including your order number and the products concerned. Contact us before any return in order to receive the appropriate instructions.

Condition of products and packaging

For a commercial return accepted outside of a legal right of withdrawal, products must be complete and unused, with their original packaging clean, intact, and unmarked.

If the original packaging is destroyed, damaged, missing, dirty, or marked, the commercial return will not be accepted and no commercial refund will be granted.

14-day right of withdrawal

For distance purchases, you generally have 14 days from receipt of the product to notify us of your decision to exercise your right of withdrawal. After this notification, you must return the product within 14 days. Exceptions provided for by regulations may apply to certain categories of products.

Requests relating to a legal right of withdrawal are processed in accordance with the regulations in force. The rule regarding commercial returns and packaging does not limit the customer's legal rights.
